Cancellations
Full Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, "no-shows," and other scheduling problems happen frequently in the BDSM arena and they are a major source of frustration and disruption for professional Dommes.
Last-minute cancellations are especially problematic; not only has time been blocked-out that could have been made available to other clients, submissives, masochists, and slaves, but in My case a great deal of time and energy has already been invested in preparing Myself and My dungeon for the cancelled scene. In order to avoid the wasted time, lost income, and emotional and mental turmoil of last-minute cancellations, the following rules apply to all sessions scheduled with Me:
Procedures
If you have to cancel a session, leave a phone message along with sending an e-mail.
To clarify what a "session" means and what a "cancellation" means:
“SESSION” includes in-person sessions, phone sessions, phone interviews, or any other time I have booked with you.
"CANCELLATION" is the same as asking to “postpone,” “reschedule“ or “move” the start time of our session.
If you cancel a session with less than 24-hours notice, it is almost certain I will not be able to fill the time you booked with another paid session.
If you cancel without proper notice, DO NOT ask the following:
“When can we reschedule?” as if there is not a problem. Everyone I see must agree to adhere to My cancellation policies before I will grant a phone interview; therefore, everyone should know the consequences of last-minute cancellations. I do not want to be put in the position of having to “chase you down” for My tribute. The only response you will get from Me to a last-minute cancellation is a link to this page until I have received the tribute you owe Me.
“What should I do?" or "What can we do?” You should submit the tribute you owe Me as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policies
Weekday Sessions (Monday-Friday)
Weekday sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Less than 24-hour notice will result in you having to submit the full tribute required for the entire time you booked before I will communicate with or schedule another session with you. In the case of a phone interview or phone session you forfeit the tribute you submitted.
Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday)
Weekend sessions must be canceled by 12:00 noon (My time) on the preceding THURSDAY of that week to avoid penalty. Any weekend session canceled after 12:00 noon of the preceding Thursday will require payment of My full tribute before I will communicate with or schedule another session with you.
"Booked/Red Dates"
If I rearrange My schedule to book a session with you on a “Red Date” (see Calendar page for the definition), the full tribute is required in advance and it is not refundable no matter how much notice you give for a cancellation.
Overnight Sessions
Overnight sessions (16 hours or longer) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the time. If you cancel with 1 week (7 full days) notice, the deposit can be applied towards a session that takes place within 30 days of the original session date. If 1 (one) week notice is not given, you forfeit the deposit.
Repeat Cancellations
If you cancel two consecutive sessions with the proper notice, or I discover some other unacceptable cancellation pattern, prepayment of the entire tribute for your next session, which is non-refundable, is required before I will schedule any time with you.
Arriving Without My Tribute
If you arrive for a session without My tribute you will be instructed to leave and I will not see you again until I have received the full tribute for the time you booked.
Submitting Cancellation Fees
All required monies should be submitted to Me by using one of the methods listed on My Payment Options page.
I am a reasonable person and I understand that cancellations sometimes occur. However, over the years, I have received a disproportionate amount of last-minute cancellations involving every type of personal tragedy imaginable. Regardless of how extreme your circumstances may be, simple common courtesy is all that is required to avoid the enforcement of the above polices.
