Cancellations
If you must cancel
I am a reasonable person, but “Last-MInute Cancellations” are especially disrespectful. A great deal of time and energy is invested in preparing Myself for our session. Others who wanted to enjoy time with Me were deprived by your commitment. Plan your time respectfully.
Cancelling time with Me, whether it is an in-person session, phone session, phone interview, or any other time you have booked with Me:
• Sessions must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice or full tribute is required.
• Send an e-mail AND leave a phone message to cancel.
• If you cancel without 24 hours notice, longer in some circumstances, submit the balance of your tribute before you request to to speak with Me about rescheduling.
• Submit any Tribute you owe by using the methods listed on My Payment Options page.

I understand that cancellations sometimes occur. However, over the years, I have received a disproportionate amount of last-minute cancellations involving every type of personal tragedy imaginable. Regardless of how extreme your circumstances may be, simple common courtesy is all that is required to avoid the enforcement of the above polices.
